The room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Doors are thin and u can hear everything. They rent to anyone. People were partying all night and had their kids running up and down the hallway.

Perfect for a 1 night stay
This hotel was perfect for a place to lay our head down for the night. Staff was very friendly and helpful. You cannot beat the price on this hotel for what it offers. The room, although dated, was comfortable and had a small fridge and a microwave, which is great for families. Breakfast offerings were not the best, but again, for what you pay for the room, it's nice that they offer something.

Properly is completely unkept. The areas around the property looked like it was an abandoned property with weeds growing in the parking lot and in “the garden.” The room had a weird smell so I had to take a walk to relax my nose.

The lady at desk was friendly & professional. The room was very dated. It’s an adjoining room & noise & light came through. But once we turned on the heater (was 43 degrees outside) the racket was so loud we could barely hear the TV on loud. My bedside lamp didn’t work, there was a bulb missing at the mirror & the security latch on the door was broken. The bed was a bit like a hammock but I slept well. I found two small bugs 🐜 on a drinking cup The place needs a makeover but hey for $56 it was fine.

The location was very convenient - there are gas stations, restaurants and other amenities near by. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a very nice stay! We will definitely book here again!

UNPROFESSIONAL&RUDE
After a long HOT 115deg plus all i wanted was to be abke to rest and clean up. At ck in i was never greeted with a hello or any type of "Welcome" , so right away i felt uncomfortable or that maybe wrong place to stay. I always try and see good in things so as shes checking me in she tells me i cant have anyone over..i thought possibly i heard her wrong. I didn't..she was aggressive in the way she spoke and said that if she sees anyone in room that she would call police. I was so confused at what she had said and really needed rest so i just gave in and obliged. The family that runs thid place are very unprofessional and rude in so many ways. The rooms are ok but not very clean and lots of things dont work properly and if you ask for example Coffee. she yells no..no coffee. I honestly don't see how they are still running this well known motel and may i mention get away with using technology to spy all night long on every move in and out your room. IN ALL SERIOUSNESS I WOULD NEVER RECOMEND THIS as a place to feel comfortable in ANY WAY! This needs the ATTENTION of Better buisness bureau/authorities

Shower ceiling falling apart in my room 306 that was after changing rooms after air conditioner not working. Also front desk did not return my driver's license and had to turn and drive back from San Diego to get it. Staff was accommodating enough but hotel is overall very run down.

They advertise free breakfast but the 2 times I stayed, the doors were locked at 6:30, so I never was able to have at least coffee. Also, I was told that if I paid them directly, I can stay on the better side, not on the side the locals stay at.. Pretty annoying as I think they give me their worst room... In general, they try other ways to make you pay directly and make more money but it looks bad on their part.. Also, there was this car that looked like a junkyard on wheels parked there during my stay with broken windows and taped up shell....... ...

Poor experience.
Sorry, but this place is a dump. I purchased a non-smoking and it reeked of smoke. Now it may currently be a non-smoking room, but it had been smoked in in the past. The end table lamp has a broken leg. The faucet in the bathroom was not anchored down to the counter top. For some reason there were two office chairs in the room but both were very dirty. When I 1st went to the room there was a bloody napkin on the ground just outside the door. The window was broken and the curtains were ripped. The only good thing that I experienced was that the bed pillows were were comfortable, but that's not enough to make up for the smell. In fact, when I got him my wife complained about how bad the clothes in my suitcase smelled. I'm sorry Super 8, but this was a poor experience for me.

They wouldn't extend our stay bcuz they assumed my sons slept there just bcuz the manager saw them when they came to have Dinner with me. And the key card kept deactivating so they said we bugged a lot and told us to leave.

Worst Hotel EVER!!!
I stay at a lot of different hotels and I have to say this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. In fact, I intend to contact corporate about this. Here's the run down: 1) When I first checked-in I had to ring the bell several times and yell out to get someone to check me in. When the guy finally came to check me in he was unfriendly. He did not even apologize for not responding to the bell. 2) The Wi-Fi worked only 50% of the time and it's an open Wi-Fi so you don't need a password which is basically an unsecured network. 3) Then, when I got into my room, I tried to lock the door and the bolt was broken. 4) Then I used the restroom, the toilet seat was broken. 5) Then the air conditioner was broken. When one of the guys looked at it he told me "just turn it on and off and it will cool down." I tried that several times and it did not work. 6) When I called Hotels.com to complain they contacted the hotel clerk who then took it upon himself to come to my door in person and bang on it to get me to answer to resolve my complaints. I did not answer as I felt his behavior was aggressive and he should’ve called my room not come in person. Usually when you go to a hotel room you will deal with maybe 1-2 of these issues, but to deal with all of them on one hotel booking is very disappointing. I will never stay at a Super 8 again. My concerns have still not been resolved nor have I been compensated for my terrible experience.

This hotel needs a lot of work. I first noticed the carpet was very dirty. That made me look a little more. The furniture was in need of replacement. The toilet didn’t flush properly. I wish I would have taken pictures. I will not be staying here again.

It’s an old motel that Super 8 took over. I could hear people talking outside their rooms 5 or 6 doors down. The environment is dirt with palm trees where a lawn should be. I had trouble with the free Internet. The management was nice.

The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and polite. He provided coffee, water, tea and sodas. The hotel is not luxurious by any means. It is a bit rundown but the sheets were clean and the heater worked beautifully although it was a bit loud.
