"Very comfortable stay. The rooms are modern and the beds have duvets instead of blankets, which we really liked. Nicholas at reception was incredibly helpful and kind when checking us in. First time ever we have had staff speak Dutch to us at a foreign hotel.😍 Only point of improvement would be breakfast, the juice was not fresh but the kind with lots of added sugar and only runny scrambled eggs, no boiled eggs or the option of an omelette. These are minor things and we would definitely stay here again if we were in the area."

"We didn't stay there because owner didn't give us any way to get in, and we couldn't get in touch with them despite vrbo also trying to contact them. Apparently they left with our money and left us with no where to stay."

"Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was lovely, our cabin was perfect and we loved the food. We especially enjoyed breakfast delivered to our cabin. There was plenty to keep the kids occupied. The whole experience was peaceful and relaxing…much needed! The only complaint is that Expedia says it is 42 minutes away from Nevados de Chillan ski resort. We planned our ski trip around this information and were disappointed to learn that the drive was almost 2 hours. Driving a total of almost 4 hours each day to ski was too much. Oh.annd be careful with google maps. It lead me to the wrong entrance…it was confusing. Otherwise, I would absolutely stay here again. "

"Poor communication, the property has damaged doors, broken floor tiles and filthy stained couches. No towels you have to rent them per day and nowhere did it say on the booking that you had to pay for them. It’s a real shame as it has lots of potential but poorly kept and not very well managed. With has issues with gas not working and power going out only at our property for over 6 hours. The only saving grace is that the wood heater worked really well and there was enough wood to use. "
