Set on a 500 m² lot and distributed over two floors, the house offers 5 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, providing privacy and comfort for all guests. In addition to a private pool, it features social areas perfect for gathering, cooking, or unwinding after a day at the beach.
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire house, including a private pool, fully equipped kitchen, terrace, BBQ area, and free private parking. You’ll also enjoy access to the community’s shared areas and a short walk to the beach.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the exclusive Playa del Carmen gated community, the house features 24/7 security, access to natural lagoons, a clubhouse with a pool, sports courts, and nature-filled walking paths. Its second-row location offers tranquility, lagoon views, and direct proximity to the sea.
Getting Around:
The gated community is located at kilometer 204 of the Panamericana Sur highway, just 2 hours from Lima. At the entrance, there’s a PRIMAX gas station with a restaurant and minimarket. From here, you can easily visit Chincha (25 min), Paracas (30 min), Pisco (15 min), and Ica (1 h).
Other Things to Note:
The gated community offers 24/7 security for a safe and peaceful stay.
The house comes fully equipped with linens, towels, kitchen utensils, and basic cleaning supplies.
Access to the community includes a short dirt road; we recommend arriving by car.
Parties and loud music are not allowed in accordance with condominium rules.

The house offers self check-in. Upon arrival, a housekeeper will greet you and provide all necessary instructions.
