Welcome to Villa Oliva, a beautiful Mediterranean hideaway in the sought-after area of Coveta Fuma. Set against the hillside, this charming villa offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea from many spots in and around the house. It’s a place where tranquility, comfort, and stunning surroundings come together.
Villa Oliva is stylishly and comfortably furnished, with attention to detail and a warm, modern atmosphere. The main villa features three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, including one ensuite for maximum privacy and comfort. All rooms are bright, inviting, and thoughtfully designed to create a relaxing ambiance.
The fully equipped modern kitchen includes everything you need to cook comfortably. The spacious dining area with a large table and seating for 8 offers beautiful sea views during every meal and forms a perfect setting for spending time together.
For extra guests – or simply more peace and privacy – the property includes a separate guesthouse for two people, complete with its own bathroom. Ideal for family or friends who appreciate independence during their stay.
Outside, you’ll find several terraces and seating areas, perfect for relaxing, reading, or enjoying outdoor meals. The private 8×4 meter swimming pool is a wonderful place to cool off or soak up the sun on the surrounding loungers, all while enjoying the beautiful scenery and sea views.
Villa Oliva is located in a quiet, green area, yet close to beaches, charming coves, restaurants, and the coastal tram. It’s an ideal base for relaxation as well as exploring the region.
Important: The driveway is not available for use.
Parking is possible at the bottom of the road, in front of the garage.
