This unique vast villa is situated first line seafront in the exclusive residential area “Coveta Fuma”. Coveta Fuma belongs to the coastal city of El Campello and is situated very close to the capital of the Costa Blanca, Alicante.

With a total of 8 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, the villa comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests. Upon request, four additional beds can be provided at a cost of €90 per unit, per stay, allowing the property to host up to 20 guests in total. The bed configuration includes one king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), four double beds (150 × 200 cm), four single beds (90 × 190 cm) and one bunk bed with two single mattresses (80 × 200 cm). Bed linen, towels and beach towels are included, and high chairs and baby cots are available free of charge upon request.

As soon as you walk into this vast villa you are taken by the visual impression that it is built in the sea, the floor to ceiling glass sided lounge offers extraordinary and unrivalled views of the sea and coastline of El Campello and Playa de San Juan/Alicante. On a clear day you are able to see the island Tabarca.

From almost every room, the views are spectacular and truly unmatched. We believe that from the very first moment, this villa will captivate your heart and convey a sense of the highest refinement and comfort.

The outdoor area features a beautifully designed swimming pool measuring 11.5 × 4.5 meters, equipped with a heat pump. Pool heating up to approximately 30°C is available upon request for €220 per week during the winter season.
The pool is surrounded by marble terraces, sun loungers and a safety enclosure suitable for children, and includes a built-in outdoor shower.

You enjoy direct access to the sea, allowing you to step straight into the Mediterranean for swimming or snorkeling.

For entertainment and relaxation, the villa offers a pool table, ping pong table, two X-box consoles and a private gym. A gas barbecue is available for outdoor dining, and all rooms are equipped with individual air conditioning.

Events for a maximum of 50 people, with catering starting from €45 per person. An additional €10 per person (not staying in the villa) will be charged, as well as a €2,000 security deposit.
