- Spacious and luxurious holiday home located in a quiet urbanization 20 minutes away from Alicante airport.

- The house has its own swimming pool, luxury kitchen, various terraces, outside barbecue, stairs to the sea

- The house has air conditioning

- On the first floor there is the Master Bedroom with its own shower and toilet, kitchen with all conceivable built-in appliances (oven, microwave, induction, coffee maker), dining room, two more bedrooms and extra bathroom with toilet, spacious living room overlooking the swimming pool and the sea. (TV and Wifi is available)

- The first boulevard is just a stone's throw away with several cozy restaurants for tapas and other delicacies.
