House in a residential complex with a pool, a quiet area perfect for relaxing and very close to natural coves in the Mediterranean. With capacity for 8 people, which makes it ideal for a large family or two small families. It has all appliances, central air conditioning, private garage, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sunny two-level terrace with views and access to the pool and equipped with comfortable armchairs and barbecue.
The property is located just 200 metres from the sea, in just three minutes you will be in Cala de las Palemeretes, a natural spot of fine sand and gravel with crystal-clear waters. Perfect for swimming, diving and/or fishing and being a little-frequented cove it has a lot of privacy.
You will have towels, sheets, kitchen utensils, dishes, cutlery, glasses; In addition, toiletries and cleaning items are provided as a courtesy.
You will also have free access to 2 golf sets and 2 electric scooters.
