Great stay!

Had a very nice 3-night stay. Great check in experience. We were given a welcome drink, and Juan Manuel at the reception was excellent with his professionalism, friendliness, and willing to help. He gave us great recommendations for dinner as well. Room was spacious, clean, and had an in-room safe and mini-ref. Breakfast was plentiful with ample selection. Location can't be beat being in the centre of town. Close to many restaurants and shops. Highly recommended.

Hotel Kosten Aike is a perfect home away from home, offering exceptional hospitality and comfort. The friendly staff went above and beyond, providing breakfast and storing my bag until my room was ready. The cozy lobby features great amenities like a bar, shops, a restaurant, and game tables, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. Its excellent location, just two blocks from the main area in a quiet and safe neighborhood, makes it convenient for exploring the town’s top attractions. An awesome stay overall!

We stayed here for one night before tour as we could knock it in the hotel we had to meet at which was only down the block. The room was fine. The staff was friendly, and the included breakfast was sufficient.

There is a special place reserved in the review world to hotels like Kosten Aike. It is that of a hotel that embraces the environment it is set in and makes the guest’s experience more complete. This was how I felt during my four night stay at Kosten Aike. From the moment I arrived and throughout my visit, I was greeted by helpful, attentive and friendly staff - from the reception (special thank you to Ernes!) to the dining room to the spa. The room I stayed in was clean, cozy and comfortable. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant on one of the nights and was pleased with the variety of local options to choose from (try the trout!). I found the breakfast menu fresh, with many delicious offerings and especially enjoyed the large variety of baked goods, all made in house. I did appreciate the attention the hotel gives to sustainability, especially being in a city surrounded by nature at its most majestic. All in all a comforting, unique experience, as befits a place like El Calafate

The staff was great, Juan was the first person that welcomed us with a friendly and professional service. He helped us and answered all the questions we had. The room was clean and spacious. Great, clean, livin big in El Calfate

Amazing hotel. Clean, comfortable rooms, great bathroom/water pressure in the shower, very spacious, kind staff, great breakfast to get you fueled up for all your adventures. Not worth saving money to stay at more budget places because this place really isn’t that much more but offers so much better amenities you want after a long day of hiking.
