We had a wonderful stay! The staff at both the hotel and Sea Level Restaurant and Lounge went above and beyond to make our birthday weekend truly special. The restaurant’s attentiveness, and exceptional service made the entire experience feel personal and memorable. Thank you to Davis, the manager! It’s clear that the restaurant team takes great pride in creating an outstanding guest experience, and it truly shows. We couldn’t have asked for a better way to celebrate and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

When I arrived to Hotel, a clerk at the counter tried to “upgrade “ me from “high floor room with the city view “ to second floor room with no views. I literally had to fight to get the room I have paid for. In the morning I went to the gym. It was hot, no A/C. After work out on my way back I asked at the front desk what is wrong? They said they can turn on AC for me. That made me feel very special, what about other guests? I wasn’t the only one there. For breakfast, went to cafe on a ground floor. Ordered coffee and the danish, ask to warm it up. When I get that garnish, it was hot outside, but ice cold inside. And now, a month later I am still getting charges coming to my Credit Card. I thought I got. a bill, and the bill was settled? Worst experience ever!
