"I checked in just before 3pm (check in). It was about 2:45p. I was sent up to my room but it was still being cleaned. We didn't get into our room until 3:30p. "Everything was very nice. Definitely clean and pleasant. Easily a 9.5. The .5 off 10 is because there's no coffee maker in the room and the breakfast was not great. Coffee was good but a ham sandwich for breakfast was not. Everyone on the staff, that we met, was extremely nice and efficient."
