"If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. From the moment we arrived, the service at El Palace Barcelona was exceptional. The concierge and bell staff truly made our stay unforgettable. They were warm, welcoming, knowledgeable, and always eager to help with recommendations, reservations, directions, or anything else we needed. Their hospitality elevated an already incredible experience. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully maintained, impeccably clean, and full of timeless elegance. Every detail reflects the rich history and luxury of the property while still feeling comfortable and inviting. The rooms were spotless, the common areas were gorgeous, and the overall atmosphere made us feel like we were staying somewhere truly special. Our stay exceeded every expectation, and it was the perfect place to celebrate a memorable trip.
