The staff is very nice and polite. All of them.
It was a bit challenging to find our room since we had to use several different elevators and directions where not all very clear. You can see some parts are ready for an update. But overall , if these are the only negatives, it was a great stay , with great staff and excellent food ( semi board restaurant). Thank you Arosa for taking good care of us.

My wife and I and our son and his girlfriend stayed there for a week. We absolutely loved it very clean. Staff was very friendly right next to the train station easy access to everything room is very clean. Love the breakfast.

"The hotel is on an industrial estate and seems popular with workers in transit. The communal areas look very smart and give off a good impression but the rooms are a different story. My room (119) was small, dark and gloomy - the walls were painted dark blue. Everything looks worn, run down and dated. ..."
