"In the hotel industry, it is often said that the reception desk is the heart of the hotel. Unfortunately, in this case, this heart is not functioning as it should. From our very first contact with the reception team, we experienced a very unprofessional approach. A young receptionist with long black hair tied in a ponytail was unfriendly, cold, and showed a lack of respect towards the guest. Instead of a feeling of hospitality, we experienced an unpleasant atmosphere, which unfortunately affected our overall impression of the stay. During the conversation, another member of the reception team joined in. Instead of calmly helping to resolve the situation, he raised his voice and interrupted the conversation. Such behaviour should not happen in a hotel that aims to maintain high standards of service. This is a great disappointment, because the hotel itself has many advantages. The food is very tasty, the rooms are clean and well maintained, the entertainment is very well organised, and the swimming pool is a great asset of this place. Another major advantage is the hotel’s perfect location — directly on the Dead Sea, creating a unique atmosphere and allowing guests to fully enjoy the beauty of this region. The hotel has everything needed to create wonderful memories and encourage guests to return. Unfortunately, the first impression and the interaction with the reception team left a significant disappointment. I hope the management will pay attention to the quality of servi"

"This hotel has many different pools to enjoy. If you don’t feel like going into the Sandy area of the Dead Sea. The hotel is spacious. The rooms are spacious with balconies that you could sit overlooking the mountains and the sea. Short walk to the beach. Great breakfasts and dinners. "
