The hotel is not a 4 star hotel, I would barely give it 2 stars. The hotel is extremely dirty and more of a hostel look then a " 4 star hotel". The sheets are dirty, the walls have stains all over, the bathroom looks disgusting. We had to leave due to a lack of hygiene maintained by this hotel. The front desk was not looking to accommodate or offer any alternatives.I would stay far away as there are much better hotels in the area!

Nice place

Overall good. At checkin, it was very noisy and the host didn't give the usual introduction info like bewakfast times, wifi code etc. I had to ask specifically. Also i called to ask foe help to put away the sodabed and no one arrived. I called hours later and again, no one arrived.

מלון ברמה מתאימה ל-4 כוכבים. חדר גדול ומרווח. בריכה גדולה ובריכת תינוקות. צריך לשפר את ארוחת הבוקר. לא מכינים חביתות. אין מגישות למילוי מים לשתייה. תמורה טובה עבור הכסף.

NO PARKING!!!!

First... there is NO PARKING. The hotel advertises free parking, however it has only 30 parking spaces in which half are reserved for employees. We had to pay 60 shekels a day in a parking lot in front of the hotel. Second... the pool is very small and they put some kind of protection on the border that looks like you are going inside a “pool prison”. The rooms are renew and the cleaning was good. Breakfast was ok, the normal international breakfast. Anyway, this a hotel that you should stay only if you like a lot of people together, kids running for everywhere, families smoking in all places, teenagers smoking hashishi and drinking around pool. And of course loud music all the time.

Nightmare

The second day of my stay was a complete disaster. The hotel was setting up for a concert right outside my room in the early morning. Towards the afternoon the were doing sound checks with blasting music. At night a full concert was going on until 1 am to the point were my room was vibrating. This is unacceptable!

Good but unfortunately less than exepted

The hotel and especially the pool wasn't clean. The children club was unprofessional and the responsible didn't do anything with the kids and the food was not fresh (in the second day better but still). The staff easn't too nice, the gave service but we dodn't feel they happy to serve the guests in the hotel.

Невкусно!!!!

Третий раз отдыхаем в эйлате, и впервые такая невкусная еда(( было неплохо только на ужин в шабат! отель конечно никак не тянет на 4звезды, пошарпанный, мебель и туалет-ванная все ооочень скромненькое, троечка всего лишь! Хотя фотографии на сайтах отличные. Уборку в номерах не делают! Только по запросу, мы на третий день попросили убрать в номере и оказалось что нашего номера нет в списках на этот день, убирают только после отъезда (((
