"We were pleasantly surprised with a great stay. Enjoyed the hot tub all by ourselves with the snow falling and property was overall quiet, although it was somewhat dated. Our room was really nice and we had no complaints other than the tiny TV. Front desk staff was great and helped us with locating the EV charger which was very nice to be able to charge up over night in the garage."

"David responds promptly. His home is clean, well-equipped and well-maintained. It is less than 200 yards down to Main Street. No negatives. However, the ski-in only works if the ski area has enough snow to open the ski run needed to access the home, which it didn't have over '25 X-mas break. This should not deter you, because you can easily drive to Park City Mountain ski area, and the parking is free, provided that you first reserve on-line, which is easy, and also because the ski-out part requires you to use the SLOW Town Lift. Better to just drive the mile or so to the resort, park next to the First Time lift, and off you go."

"A great ski house with four proper bedrooms and additional sofas. Fit our family of seven perfectly! Hot tub was set in an easy spot to use and was used daily! Ski gear room was great and walkable to Main Street. Truly a delight."

"We had a wonderful stay at this Park City home! The location is unbeatable—close to everything, with tons of great restaurants and options nearby. The house was spotless, comfortable, and offered plenty of space for our family. There are a lot of stairs, but having a garage made things super convenient and overall the home was easy to navigate.If you plan on cooking, just be sure to crack a window since it can get a bit stuffy—but with so many dining options around, you may not even need to cook much! We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back"
