  • 3-room maisonette with garden with trees, close to all amenities (town centre 5 minutes walk) and on the road to Lake Eguzon/leisure centre (3km).

    Come and discover the Creuse valley and its many hiking trails, between forests, lake and rivers. 🍁🌳

    Our house, completely renovated in 2023, has the following amenities:

    - Living/dining room: Fully open family area, where you will enjoy dining and relaxing. A new generation television is available with the possibility of connecting to streaming platforms such as Netflix, Prime Video, Disney... The accommodation is also equipped with very high-speed Internet (fibre optics) and board games are available.

    - Kitchen: Open to the living room, it is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle). Basic groceries are provided so that your arrival takes place in the greatest peace of mind.

    - 2 spacious suites: They are both equipped with large 200x160 cm beds as well as their own bathrooms with walk-in showers, heated towel rails and toilets. Bed and bath linen is provided.

    - Terrace/garden: A garden table and its 6 chairs as well as an electric barbecue are at your disposal to enjoy your meals under the Berrichon sun. A relaxation area is also provided.
