The flat is located on the ground floor of a former farmhouse and is partly original, with timber-framed walls and beams, which gives it a special charm. The house, where the owners live, is situated above the village of Neukirch and offers a wonderful panoramic view over Lake Constance. Romantic sunsets. The flat has two rooms, one double bedroom and one living room with a sofa bed. Spacious bathroom with shower and kitchen. Large covered outdoor area in the annex with fireplace, also suitable for smokers. Lawn with seating area. Car park for max. 2 cars and bicycles. Banks and shops, excellent restaurants, two bathing spots on the lake and several railway stations are just a few minutes' drive away. The nearby ferry takes you across the lake to Germany. Motorway access. An ideal place for an active holiday. The owners are very helpful, open to questions and happy to help, also with the choice of excursion destinations.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, nette Vermieter

Wir haben in der Wohnung eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht. Speziell der Garten mit Blick auf den Bodensee ist toll. Die Lage ist gut geeignet für Ferien in der Ostschweiz. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, mal wieder da zu wohnen. In der Wohnung hört man etwas Verkehrslärm von der Nahen Hauptstrasse. Uns hat es nicht gestört.

Ein perfekter Urlaub für uns

Unsere Erwartung an die Ferienwohnung Panoramablick im schönen Bauernhaus in Gristen wurde deutlich übertroffen. Die Wohnung bot für uns (Familie mit Hund) alles, was das Herz begehrt und war sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns richtig wohl. Vielen lieben Dank an Gisela und Rolf für die schöne Zeit, die netten Abende und die vielen tollen Tipps zu Ausfügen und der Gegend. Wir kommen wieder.
