Pleasant stay, nice room and lovely common lounge area. The breakfast hall is quite small and gets crowded, but the food is good. This also applies to the dinner.

Excellent and best included breakfast options by far in Iceland! Hot tubs were very useful after a tiring day hike and it felt heavenly. Very large spacious rooms and a good sized bathroom.

Best place Ive stayed in Iceland. The staff were very friendly and the owner was such a sweetheart. It has a bed and breakfast feel and made me feel like I was right at home. If you are looking for something that isnt a standard impersonal hotel this is the place.

Absolutely amazing. There are three areas to stay. Cabins, long single story building with private little outlooks/access to woods, and a hotel type. We stayed in the one level building and it was incredible. So quiet and clean. Large rooms. Perfect views for the lights right out your room. Staff was SO nice. Fav hotel in Iceland.

We stay at this hotel because there was a wind storm on Iceland but the staff was very nice and help my friend with their room also. The bed was comfortable. We stay only for one night!

Despite initial skepticism, renting at this location exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed my stay, it is a bit isolated but this makes it great for anyone traveling to Iceland, especially during the Aurora months. I highly recommend this hotel for the price, the rooms will surprise you at this price.

This was our favorite hotel out of the 10 hotels we stayed in. The cabin was adorable. This was the inly hotel we slept in and hung out in the living room drinking tea. The reception was kind enough to show us yo the cabin and let us know when and where we could see the Northern Lights and we most assuredly did.

Cabin was an aged but comfortable. Bathroom small but private. Hot water was came out extremely hot and had slight sulfur smell, but pretty unique experience to be using thermally heated water for the first time. The staff was helpful but had stretched thin with large tour groups. The dinner was very good and reasonably priced, as was the hotel.

Cute little cabin, but small and basic with little room to get around beds. It had small table for two, sink, fridge and two burners. In beautiful wooded area, with deck. We didn't have dinner there but breakfast was great with many options and hot drinks. over looking their beautiful property. They offer an upstairs lounge overlooking their pretty property which would be enjoyed by groups i am sure. Liked that the bathroom temperature could be controlled separately from the sleeping area (separate radiators) but found the pillows too floppy and soft, and the outlet placed poorly right behind the bed.
