"Very deceiving description of this rental. Heaters did not work, showers and hot water were a major issue, we arrived to a freezing cold environment with a 4 month old. They turned a shed-like environment into a rental that is not ideal for families and the water issue was completely unsafe for kids. For the one minute the water would get hot, it was scalding and burned our 7 year old. "

"Lovely large property, felt spacious with 6 of us Clean and really well equipped Great communication with the hosts and good information pack about the house and things to know which was really helpful 10 minute walk to the tube we were able to use it as a brilliant base for our sightseeing trip Highly recommend"

"We loved our stay! The stairs could have been too much for someone with mobility issues, but we made it work. The spacious view over the park was lovely and the home was quiet, clean, well appointed and in good repair. We didn’t have a car, but we used uber eats for breakfast and had dinner before we came home. I would absolutely stay again at this home. "
