"I think some thought went into the design of the hotel but the day-to-day operation lets it down completely. Front door doesn’t lock properly, looks like was forced open. Air conditioning doesn’t work, sink leaks and drains onto the floor. No soap in shower. Drapes so close to sink that they get wet every time. Dead insects in drapes and windows. Some parts on room construction unfinished while other finished bits are falling apart."

"Great host, cream, comfortable air conditioned room, easy parking, excellent breakfast, nothing too much trouble, I will be back."

"Clean and great location "

"Excellent but would have liked a kettle in room. Also we didn’t know we were on third floor without a lift. I have mobility problems so this was a problem"

"They were waiting for me that evening, but I arrived in the night, as I told them. Everything was ready for me, I had received the code to go in. And the breakfast was just ready in the room, for the morning after. Thank you. Only one thing: why did't see I just had payed before I came, on Hotels.com?"
