Heating/Cooling Control

Fine hotel, undergoing renovations. Not a bother and saw no construction or workers. Only one problem was the heating/cooling system, was listening to the fan all night and woke me several times. I would recommend they put an instruction on how to turn it off. According to the receptionist on check out, she recommended taking the key card out which powers lights and sockets etc and the fan will turn off. With no power at the outlets how do I charge my devices overnight? Please look at an instruction label beside the thermostat. If it cannot be manually turned off by the occupant in the room, then this is baldly designed. Other than that a lovely stay and very nice room.

Mooie kamer. Alle lof voor schoonmaakpersoneel. Enige minpunt zijn de voor een invalide in rolstoel bijna niet te openen van de gangdeuren. Zeker in geval van bijvoorbeeld brand. Komen graag terug.

We hadden een tuin kamer naast ons werd dag en nacht gerookt dus onze kamer stonk verschrikkelijk. De buren waren tot erg laat mega luid, dronken en bellen en gezellig in de ochtend wakker gemaakt worden door luidruchtige s*x waar bij ik mijn veel te jonge kinderen moest uitleggen wat er gaande was. Bij klagen kon ik een magere sorry krijgen. Dus eens maar nooit weer!

Mooi hotel met mooie tuin. Op dit ogenblik wordt wel onderdak gegeven aan asoelzoekers waardoor het misschien niet zo veilig aanvoelt. Eerlijkheisdalve heb ik er geen nadelen van ondervonden.

Prima verblijf gehad, goeie ligging van dit hotel en een heel vriendelijk ontvangst. Fijne kamer met een bubbelbad.Heerlijk ontbijt met ruime keuze. Minpunt: de vloerbedekking in de kamer was jammer genoeg nog vies. Er lag vuil en er zaten veel vlekken op. De muur in de badkamer was ook niet schoon. Rondom het bad zagen we meerdere handafdrukken.

L'hotel est spacieux et agréable, tout comme les chambres. Toutefois j'ai eu deux surprises désagréables : la 1ere a été de ne pas digérer le repas servi au restaurant (ribs de porc avec salade de pommes de terre et salade concombres-feta) je pense qu'une bactérie est à l'origine de mon indigestion. Propreté en cuisine à améliorer? Par ailleurs nous avons passé dix minutes à tenter de faire fonctionner les appareils de paiement par carte bleue, sans succès. Il a fallu aller chercher celui de la réception. Pensant bien dormir pour récupérer j'ai été réveillée à 4h20 du matin par la douche de la chambre d'à côté? Ou bien était-ce un local technique contre le mur de ma chambre (numéro 13). Bref pas une nuit reposante. J'ai posé réclamation à la réception mais, sauf erreur, personne ne m'a encore contactée. J'aimerais être remboursée de cette nuit s'il vous plaît. Cordialement. M SIMON

The room was damp and smells bad. Air does not go through. I booked and paid for 2 nights, but on the first day, the hotel called on the phone when I was sleeping, asking me time to check out. It was hotel mistake but they disturbed my sleep.

close to major freeways and nature trails. Receptionist not very helpful explaining how to get to the room. The building has been added on several times with different levels, numerous odd staircases and several elevators to negotiate to get to the room. Bathroom is odd: lots of unused floorspace, yet hardly any shelf space next to sink for toiletries. Room lacks sufficient electrical outlets.
