We ended up booking a different hotel for this reason and this hotel still charged us the full amount without us even able to check in. This is a total scam."

"Clean, comfortable hotel, quiet when we stayed there during low season, good location. Did not like the 4 pm check-in. Arrived at 1:30 pm. With no-one around, we used the code they sent to get into the reception. We were not able to get into the room, even though it was available. At 3 pm the receptionist arrived. Even though no-one else was around and we were obviously waiting, she did not offer to check us in until we asked if we can check in “early”, apparently as a favour. The rather late...

"Excellent place to stay. The Christmas live music, hot wine/punch and Hors D'oeuvres were wonderful. The dinner was great. The suite was big enough for 3 people. Highly recommended! "
