Avoid like the plague!!! I was denied the check in because they state that are not working with hotels.com and demanded £140 for 2 nights. we founded ourselves in the position to find another extortionate hotel in the carnaval period. The hotel is a favela guarded by an armed security.

Kitchenette poorly stocked and the stove wouldn’t start. The pool was either closed for special events or had music at all hours so loud that it was uncomfortable to be there and my kids couldn’t even stand it and had to leave.
