Very average for the price. Had to pay a daily parking fee but due to events happening there, we had to circle for a while to even find a place. They forgot to come and clean the room on one of the days… bar had bad service. None of this is awful but just “meh” for the price. I’ve experienced much better for much less.

Think they should have a hot continental breakfast everyday and not just for club teams that are staying at their venue. The restaurant offers very minimal food options.

I’ve stayed here likely 100 nights. I’ll say this room had the worst shower I’ve even seen/experienced. Room I booked was given away so I compromised. I’ll say this place needs a major reno at these prices.

Room was very clean I appreciate that, staff was very helpful. I do not like that you have to pay for parking now, that should be included in your stay. Also room doors shut very loud so can wake you up, other then that had a great stay and would stay again.

It is an aged building but it made up for itself with location and kind staff. Pool was nice and warm (salt water). Kids loved it!

First time staying here and won’t be again. The pool facility is outdated and dirty. Carpets in the hotel are old and not clean.
Having to pay for parking in this area of the city is ridiculous and it was not mentioned there would be a charge when booking.
For the price of staying here ($200 for basic room) the amenities are lacking, there should be a continental breakfast and there were no vending machines.

Staff were very good, but didn’t sleep the first night of my stay as the radiator was making really loud noises every one minute. Phone didn’t work to contact front desk, shower was low power and didn’t get hot. Moved room next day and everything was perfect.

There is no room service, I was told the room is equipped with AC but it was not cooling. The guy at front desk needs a lesson in customer service.

At check out let front desk know there was an issue with TV in room. The set would not completely shut down when powering off leaving a blue hue light in room. He acknowledged, apologized for problem and most importantly, asked if there was any compensation required to make up for problem. None was expected or received but appreciated the gesture. Important part of customer service that is often forgot/neglected. Delta has this right.

I didn’t enjoy the property unfortunately- the location is right at the intersection of major roads and is very loud. Advertised as air conditioned but no ability to set the temperature in your room and it was quite hot. Would have considered room service for breakfast but no menu and no way to order it conveniently. Overall I think I would stay at a hotel with better services and location.

The staff were very friendly. They had cold water and snacks available at check-in. The facility is showing its age but it clean and well maintained. The lounge had a vegan meal option which I really liked.
