"Beautiful place. The staff was friendly and professional. I needed some additional items in my room and I was given what I needed without question or passing me off. Hotel is clean. We had a small child and needdd a place where we could allow him to crawl some instead of staying in his pack n play. Carpet was plush and clean. Bathroom was clean as well. Didn’t find anything gross left over from the previous tenants. Rooms are quiet and only if someone is right in front of the door is it really an issue. Over all I am happy that we picked this hotel over others. I felt safe and my car was parked in a dedicated floor for hotel guests. It’s a better hotel than most."

"Shalynn was wonderful. Very nice, informative, and funny. The gentleman who worked at night was so nice and understanding when we returned from our rained out concert, soaking wet and leaving puddles in our wake through the lobby. Gave us extra towels to dry off without hesitation. "
