"No Hygine maintained. Bad smell in the room, Bed Sheets, Pillow covers are not washed. Provided Towel is not good. Washroom is completely ugly and not cleaned. Cockroaches are every where in the room"

I paid more than a 5-star meal for amenities worth ZERO stars—which honestly is generous, because even a zero has value and symmetry. This hotel doesn’t. The only thing clean here were my tears as I checked out. If there was a “Shut Down ASAP” button at reception, I’d have pressed it twice for good luck."
