This adorable, updated, first-floor retreat is located in the beautiful Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. Spend your afternoons watching golfers on the Plantation Course or try your hand at a round or two. The design has a modern flair and will make this comfortable villa your oasis during your time on Edisto. The TV is perfect for enjoying a quick movie during the heat of the day. You don’t have to break the bank to enjoy the beaches and creeks. Stay for a while and get reacquainted with relaxation. Enjoy one of Wyndham's three pools, playground, and fitness center for an additional fee.

All guests shall abide by The Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
This vacation rental is located inside of the Wyndham Ocean Ridge Resort. Boats, trailers, motorcycles, mopeds, campers, RV's, and golf carts are not allowed inside of the resort.
The fireplace is not operational.
Wyndham amenities are available for purchase for an additional fee from the Wyndham Cafe but there is NO GUARANTEE due to limited passes per day. Wyndham Amenities are shared pools, tennis, gym fitness room, mini golf, playground, and Beach Cabana.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Stay

Plenty of sun on the deck until late afternoon then the cool breeze is wonderful. The deer walk up to the deck and stare. We were on the 17th hole and the view is great.

Clean and comfortable

Our stay at Edisto was enjoyable. I picked the condo because it was dog friendly and priced well. The accommodations were clean and the kitchen was well stocked, but small. The back deck was nice and we were able to watch the deer on the golf corse in the morning and evenings. Not walkable to the beach, but a very short drive. Easy check in/check out process. I would stay here again in the future.

Just enough for 2 people. Place was nice . Need some painting on deck . AC units to all condos next to bedroom . Really loud, would wake you up . Few things wrong. But was a good place to stay .

Pretty Good, not perfect

The deer, the walking trails, the cook ware, and the fact that it's dog friendly are great. The down sides, the outdoor lights are so bright it's hard to get the place dark enough to sleep. If anyone stays upstairs it's loud. Depending on who's upstairs this could be anywhere from a herd of elephants wrestling to footsteps. The parking can also be a challenge. Once you get a lot of vehicles in there it becomes challenging to get in and out of. Lastly not related to the property, if you're going to eat out anywhere you need to go by 5:30. Any later and you won't get in anywhere.

Condo in Edisto

The location was great and the premises were dog friendly. The condo is very small. No way more that two could stay there. The bathroom needs to be overhauled. The kitchen is too small to open up the refrigerator the whole way. The dishwasher is not attached to the counter and the pots and pans were very old. The condo was surface cleaned. There was a lot of dust on top of the fridge etc. The washer and dryer were nice but can not be run at the same time. The porch was really dirty when we got there as well.

Ideal Location! Needs Some Maintenance

Location was perfect! Just across the street is Edisto Bike Rental, you can really get to anywhere on the island with just a bike honestly. Unit was small, but just right for a couples get away. If you plan on cooking meals while on your trip, bring some utensils and pots and pans. The ones in the kitchen are older and well loved. Coffee pot leaks. Some water damage spots on the ceiling in some places. And the bathtub drips. But overall, only issues were very minor and had little impact on an amazing trip! Loved this rental! Travelers tip: the island’s nickname isn’t “Edis-slow” for nothing, bringing or buying groceries will save you some hassle since everything closes early in the afternoons or opens late after breakfast. Very laid back!

Edisto Island is wonderful

This unit is in beautiful location on the island. We enjoyed walking around the complex and, of course, the beach! We stayed only two days and the condo was clean and had sufficient kitchen items for just the two of us, although the pots and pans, etc., could stand to be upgraded. The condo Itself definately needs and upgrade and some repairs (e,g.,the bathroom door into the bedroom needs repaired or replaced) but it was clean. The hot water in the shower stopped part way through for both of us and after a few very cold minutes, it warmed back up. Very odd and unpleasant. The area was nice and quiet, but you can definately hear those in the unit above. The wedding party overhead was a bit much! There are pros and cons to choosing a main floor unit. We will definately come back to the area, but probably try a different unit.

Good location and nice for a quick getaway

We loved the location and enjoyed sitting on the deck looking out over the golf course .. had a family of deer that visited every morning and evening . The unit is older and could probably do with some minor updates to the kitchen and bathroom . Spacious living area and comfortable for a few days getaway . This is a ground floor condo and there were two units above us. Parking was great . Always got a space outside .

Weekend Getaway

Nice place. Enjoyed our stay. A couple of things: Hot water goes quick. If the fireplace is okay to use, leave a note with confirmation. We did not want to light a fire in case the chimney needed to be checked.
