Much needed week long getaway.

The Sea Plus is in a n excellent location, the house is well equipped with cookware and essentials. The back porch with the rocking chairs is perfect for relaxing day and night. The people you meet are very friendly and offer warm welcoming smiles. This is our 2nd trip to the Sea Plus house and we will be back next year.

A roomy stay for a large group

Sea Plus is a cute cottage with lots of room for a large group. The beach front property with direct access to the beach was exactly what we wanted. Though the property and furniture are a bit dated, it has a quaint, comfortable feel as though you are staying with a favorite grandparent. It was extremely well equipped and very comfortable for our group if eleven people.

Sea Plus is Perfect

Perfect beach cottage, had everything we needed including an amazing view and walk out to the beach. Very comfortable and clean. The kitchen is equipped with all you could ever ask for? Was a wonderful get away for my family and we will certainly book again.

Beach Vacation

The house is a few steps from the beach. The back porch had plenty of room and plenty of rocking chairs. We all enjoyed sitting on the back porch enjoying the beautiful sunrise and sunsets. If it rains, you can still sit on the back porch and watch the ocean. Dolphins came by every morning and afternoon. Shopping and restaurants are within a couple of miles. The kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils.

Great Location - Great Deck

The location is fantastic. The view, deck and rocking chairs made the visit. The home is a little long in the tooth and in need of significant upgrades. Lose handrails made it difficult for my elderly parents to walk up the stairs. The shower heads barely pushed any water out of them. Kitchen was well equipped and worked well. Beds were comfortable and sheets were soft. Our biggest overall concern was the vents from the AC system seemed to have black mold growing around the edges. It should probably get looked at.

Beautiful view of ocean, very close to water. You can hear the ocean all night. Home is a bit dated and some areas in house are a bit uneven and slanted but it was worth it for the view alone. Was clean on arrival. Would 100% book again.

Listing did not mention that you have to go get the key somewhere else. I got a message a few hours before saying we needed to go to a different location to get the key. House keeping was done cleaning the house and even went to swim at the beach so we went at 3:55 to get the key and they still made us wait until 4:05 to get access to they keys. If the room is ready I don’t see why the keys weren’t given to us. It was only 5 minutes before check in time. The lady was very rude and asked why we were there if it wasn’t 4 yet. We mentioned we saw house keeping go swimming that’s why we came. She said no come back. So strange. When we came back from picking up the key we still had to wait because there was an inspection lady at the house. Room was clean and inspected very last minute causing use to not get in the room until around 4:30. 4 is already a very late check in time to begin with. Won’t be back again

Great stay for families

Our family loved staying at this house. The location and rocking chair porch were a highlight that we will remember for years to come. This house fit our family comfortably. The cottage is charming and cozy and you WILL get sand everywhere, but it was great to be right on the beach in Edisto!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay during the Thanksgiving holiday. The house was well stocked with kitchen items and linens. The back porch is amazing and was our favorite part of the house. Would highly recommend!
