When it comes to finding accommodation in the perfect location it doesn't get any better than this. This magnificent, newly renovated flat is located right in the pedestrian section in the heart of the famous Royal Mile and only 5 minutes walk from Waverley Station and 5 minutes walk from IEdinburgh Castle. The property boasts two large double bedrooms with high spec, extremely cosy, comfortable King Size beds that are guaranteed to provide a good night's sleep prior to commencing your adventures. The flat has fine quality linens and towels supplied. It also has a newly fitted kitchen and bathroom to ensure a luxurious stay. It is very important for guests to note that the bedrooms are located to the rear of the building where it is extremely quiet despite the flat's highly desirable city centre location. The living room is located overlooking the bustling Royal Mile where you will never tire of sitting in the window seat watching the activity below you. The flat is fully furnished and fully equipped with washer drier, oven and hob, microwave etc. Lots of pubs, bars and restaurants right outside ! Please note the flat is on the 4th floor and accessed via a spiral staircase.

We had a fabulous time the apartment was clean, fresh and well equipped and so comfortable. Only 1 minor issue that there was only one wine glass between 4 people which was not ideal and the only alternative was a plastic tumbler, not quite what we were looking for, real shame really.

Perfect location for exploring Edinburgh

This is a lovely apartment on and overlooking the Royal Mile, but the bedrooms are at the back so not disturbed by noise. There is a good sized lounge area and a breakfast bar seating area. The location could not be better. It is worth noting, however, that the access is via several spiral stairs.

Andy’s apartment is perfectly located in the middle of the best of Edinburgh. But once you are inside, it’s quiet and a comfortable refuge. Loved it!

The overall stay was great. The location was fabulous. A few notes, if you run out of toilet tissue, you will be responsible to get your own. The washer/dryer is a bit confusing to figure out and the host can’t assist. The stairs up to the room is tight and several flights. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again. Loved the location!

Really easy check in and short walk from Waverley train station. Lovely view looking down on the royal mile and great spacious apartment with range of utilities. Heads up there's a few flights of stairs to get to the apartment.

Killer Spot at the heart of Edinburgh

I stayed with my wife and two of our friends at the flat, and was really happy with our choice. Less than a 10 minute walk from most of our planned activities, the train station, and the castle set on a gorgeous part of the royal mile. The flat was clean, the property manager was helpful, and it has great views out both sides!

Great stay on the Royal Mile

What a brilliant location! We loved our short stay here. Warm, comfortable and immersed in the atmosphere of the Royal Mile. The bedrooms were quiet and peaceful and the beds were very comfortable. The only downside are the stairs to get up into the apartment. If you are fit, they would not be a problem but the stairs are steep and narrow and it's 3 flights up.

We loved our stay ! The circular staircase was challenging with our luggage but we laughed about it the entire way up! The flat is very clean and comfortable. The location is ideal as it’s close to the rail station, the castle, and all the amazing food and shops. We really appreciated how quiet the flat was. Yes, we would book again. ❤️

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay here. It was right in the center of everything , very walkable to everything. It was comfortable and clean. The host was very responsive. It is on the 4th floor and the steps are small and spiral but it wasn’t a big deal to us, it was fine. We loved it. I highly recommend staying here if your in Edinburgh.

Great location. Fully up to our expectations. Cafes, pubs and restaurants all within easy reach. Supermarkets 6/7 minutes walk away. Lively street activity. Flat very clean and simply but comfortably furnished. Bedrooms at rear of building so very quiet at night. Beds very comfortable. Windows all open easily. Flat near top of building so elderly or infirm people may find access via spiral staircase a bit daunting. I would happily book this place again.

Amazing Location

This apartment was perfect for us. It's very walkable to just about everything we wanted to see and cozy when we wanted to rest on a cold, rainy evening. Pros: Clean, spacious, very central location, easy to stop in between sights/shopping/eating, good heating, good price. Cons: Narrow circular staircase without the best handrail, small shower if you're very tall or broad-shouldered, can be noisy (but that's the price of being in a central location). We would stay in this place again if we came back!

Nice, but would not book it again due to stairs

Great unit in excellent location. It would have been fine if we were just weekend travelers with small luggage or backpack. We'd been traveling for 15+ days with medium size suitcases and backpacks which made it extremely difficult to climb 4 flights of a spiraling staircase. But for that, its a great place to stay.

This was a very comfortable place to stay, right on the Royal Mile. The bed was nice and firm, living room couches were nice, bathroom equipped with amenities. The host was quick to respond to a minor problem that was fixed in minutes. There is quite a bit of stairs getting up to the flat, but doable even with luggage. Was nice to look out the windows and see what's happening on the street below. I'd stay here again if and when I'm back in Edinburgh

Clean and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay very much. Apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable with all facilities you would need. Stairs up to the apartment are fairly steep solid spiral which make your heart pump. This would not put us off returning. Location is brilliant, right in the middle of things. Bedrooms are at the back of the property so sleep is not distrubed. Would definitely reccommend.

Adorable and perfectly located flat

The flat was a perfect size for our family of 4. We loved the location right above the Royal Mile. The windows opened easily which was nice for viewing and hearing the activities below- including sounds of bagpipes. The bedrooms were nice and quiet though because they're located on the backside. It was clean and had modern facilities. The climb up is the only difficult part but it helped burn off the calories from all the good eats nearby! Overall very nice and would highly recommend!!

Excellent Location.

The location is perfect but the spiral stairs are brutal with suitcases. Not mentioned in the listing but we saw reviews that mentioned it. We are in our 60's and 70's and it was very difficult hauling our bags. Because of this, I wouldn't suggest this place for older people. But the location is perfect and we were able to see a parade for the King out of our window. That was exciting.
