It benefits from generous room proportions complimented by brand new construction and furnishings resulting in a most attractive opportunity to occupy on short or long term basis. The space Accommodation comprises: spacious master bedroom with double size bed, single bedroom with neutral décor, generously sized box room, well-appointed living room, installed bathrooms and kitchen fittings/paint are new as it is a new residential development.
The property is located in South Gyle, near the Corstorphine area in the West of the city and offers plentiful parking(including 3 dedicated spaces) in a cheerful and pleasant residential area. Tenants enjoy views over the rear garden, access to which can be made via the patio door in the living room. Within close proximity are quality shops, takeaways - Westgate Farm restaurant is just 150 metres away(Open 7 AM- 11PM every day), Gyle Shopping Centre is 0.5 miles away - Mark & Spencer, Morrisons, Starbucks, bakeries etc are available in addition to Food Court at first floor. Further afield the property offers easy access to the Edinburgh Airport, the city bypass and the city centre - Lothian bus stop is right in front and Tram service as well as Scot rail lines are in close proximity. Two entrances available, main entrance and other from the through the back garden.
