The City Center Apartment " Maria " is a very nice 2 bedroom Apartment in a nice quiet area , only a 20 minute walk from Holyrood Palace, the Royal Mile, Princess Street, the Harbor and the beautiful Portobello Beach Promenade.
The next Bus stop is just 100 m , a various Shops, Supermarkets, Coffee Shops and Restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot.
A golf course is approx. 10 minutes walk away and the Holyrood Park with the fantastic Arthur's Seat with spectacular Views is approx 15-20 Minutes walk.
In our apartment you will also find a small office workspace with an inkjet printer and a super fast 500 Mbit/s Fiber Broadband Connection. Ideal to work on the way.
You will find free parking direct in front of the Apartment and in the whole Area around.
The Apartment have two Bedrooms, a Bathroom with bathtub and shower, a Living Room and a fully equipped Kitchen.
