    Spacious highly equipped 3 bedroom apartment overlooking Arthur's Seat. 2 x Double bedrooms and 1 x Twin. New pocket sprung mattresses. Large dining kitchen with sofa and TV. Brand new bathroom with bath, power shower and double sink unit. Separate toilet with sink. 4 minute walk from Scottish Parliament and historic Royal Mile, 18 min walk from Prince's Street.



    This apartment is located in the Royal Mile district of Edinburgh, a 25-minute walk from Camera Obscura and World of Illusions, 1.3 mile from Edinburgh Playhouse and 1.8 miles from Royal Mile. This apartment is 1.5 miles from University of Edinburgh and 1.6 miles from Edinburgh Castle.

Great location

The location great, clean had everything you need.. But WiFi wasnt so good!!, And another set of keys would be great as a group of 5..doing different things was hard..

Great value for location, however for Americans I think saying it was a 1 and a half bath was misleading. There is one room with a shower and sink and one room with a toilet and sink. So for 3 bedrooms and 5 people, it was a bit tight. However, the bathroom and kitchen were clearly renovated and well done. The bedrooms were small and mattresses/pillows uncomfortable. Location looks very sketchy from the outside and it's a bit odd to have to lock yourself into the stairwell coming in and out. BUT it was literally 5 minutes from Holyroodhouse Palace and the main Royal Mile road. Absolutely amazing location, especially considering any hotel in that area would be 2-3 times (maybe more) per night. So come for location and at least enough space for 5-6 people, but don't expect frills.

Too noisy

Property next to primary school and running train tracks , the noise from the railway tracks was terrible we all had no sleep , booked for 3 nights we left the next day and and went to another apartment away from the railway lines. I do not recommend this apartment .(flat)

Great location - opportunities abound

Had a great 3 night getaway from London with friends. The location of this place is top. 2 mins from Holyrood and the start of the royal mile. The team at HAT are quick to help and respond as well. And the flat was remarkably clean and tidy. However, that is pretty much the end of my positives. The property itself is listed as a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom, but it’s no where close. This flat is very much a 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Had we known that before, we most likely would not have booked anyways as the 2 bathrooms was important to our group. That leads us to our first night where one of the bed frames literally collapsed underneath our friends. The furniture overall could have some help as the chairs and couch are in questionable condition with stains etc. One of the earlier reviews mentioned noise and it is legitimately noisy, however living in London we didn’t mind too much. But the train line is directly out front and you can very much hear it along with the les mis singing neighbours. Nice city, good location, helpful team - but the physical property needs some help.
