    This spacious three floor holiday home in North Berwick features six bedrooms, making it perfect for families or groups. The ground floor includes two bedrooms, a bathroom, a lounge, and a kitchen with dining space for ten. The first floor offers three bedrooms, a full bathroom, a half bathroom, and a second lounge. The second floor contains a bedroom with three single beds, a bathroom, and a playroom. The property also includes a utility room for golf equipment and a private garden.

Plenty of space, more even than we realized! Very clean, mostly well equipped except no corkscrew.... Worked well for our holiday with two families. Could see the beach from the windows, and a quick walk to all the shops in town. We were thrilled with the location! Host very responsive. A little trouble with the sink, faucet loose and sometimes sprayed out if water flow strong, so be prepared....
