Welcome to this beautifully presented and modern holiday let. This privately managed property has been stylishly decorated throughout, offering a comfortable and contemporary retreat for your stay situatated within a small village called Eastwhitburn with on road parking.

This bungalow lies equidistant between Glasgow & Edinburgh with 3 train stations just 10/15 minutes apart connecting you to surrounding areas of stirling, Falkirk and the Fife coastline- just over the famous Forth road bridge with beaches and golf courses.

Decor & Layout: The property features a clean, modern aesthetic with a cohesive color palette of neutral tones, light woods, and striking black accents.

Entrance Hall: Guests are greeted by a bright and stylish hallway with intricate, patterned floor tiles and a chic wooden slat feature wall.

Kitchen: The sleek, U-shaped kitchen is well-appointed with light grey cabinets, warm wood-effect countertops, modern black fixtures with a delonghi Coffee machine and dishwasher. A large skylight bathes the room in natural light perfect for slow mornings.

Bedroom: The tranquil bedroom features one Kingsize bed with light wood bed frame.
A 65 inch TV, built in wardrobes, Beautiful contemporary pendant lighting and a second skylight with retractable blackout blind. This room is kept light and airy with sage green and natural tones with black accents to continue the modern theme.

Bathroom: The stunning, high-specification bathroom is partially tiled with elegant white marble-effect and textured tiles. It features fashionable black fixtures, including Jacuzzi bath, a rainfall shower, a heated towel rail.

Living space: This cosy lounge features stylish coffee table and breakfast nook ideal for morning coffee and meals. A 43 inch Flatscreen TV and modern Electric fireplace. The livingroom also has 2 sofas one of which folds out to a small double for extra sleeping space. Tastfully decorated with accents of gold and wood creating a welcoming and homely atmosphere.

Place was spotless. What a gem. Place was very comfortable. Angela met me upon arrival was very helpful and explained the set up. All good. Loved the wee touches and little extras Angela had. The bed was SO comfortable. Enjoyed the set up in the bedroom too...especially the large tv. 10/10, great wee place.
