Hotel was in the perfect location to explore Edinburgh. Had one small glitch in that our tv wasn’t working but staff did what they could to try and fix it to no avail. Did offer us a complimentary breakfast so did something for the minor inconvenience.

Despite the hotel stating on its website that parking is available, there is no parking of any kind. Additionally, we arrived at the hotel at 2:45 PM. Perfect location. Royal mile just a short walk and plenty of places to eat across the road from the hotel. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent lots to choose from..
