"had to switch rooms twice one tv was broken the other room no shower head and the last room we had there was cockroaches "

"Had to change rooms 3 times until we found one that had a working heater/ac unit and didnt have items that were broken inside. Rooms needed a good cleaning, floor was dirty and appliances were well worn out. Lots of dust in vents, and artwork frame was broken and filthy with soap stains. Bathroom wasnt well stocked, as we had to go ask for hand soap. No pool available since it has been down for a while one of the staff said. Breakfast was ok, and equipment room was well stocked, but a machine was down for repairs. Staff did help as much as they could, and helped answers questions."

"The lighting in the hallway was out. When I reported it to the front desk, the lady told me she would have someone fix it in a couple of days. Also the lighting in the bedroom was very poor. There is only two very dim lights on both sides of the bed."

"Plenty of entertainment shops and the mall right down the street. There was enough parking but not a great amount of parking. Room was spacious but only had 1 chair to sit in. The night light between the bed doesn't go off that was irritating. No peace to hand your towels in the bathroom after using them. The door stop on the random wall was weird. "
