"Excellent stay!! Have been eye-balling this hotel for years, finally made it to Daytona Bch. Was very worried after booking when I recvd an auto-notice from BW that there was no beach access among other things. That is old info. While this hotel is undergoing major renovation, it did not affect our stay. Hallways/corridors were freshly redone and beautiful. Room was great. Balcony was a must and those on south wal all shsre great view of both pool and ocean. Path to ocean is open and new sidewalk/rinse shower were being installed while there. Only maintenance still needing to he done (that I could detect) was new sod need in green spaces and shuffleboard/cornhole needed an overhaul. Otherwise, fantastic."

"Location was good and staff really friendly and polite , but the property needs a bit of updating, carpets in communal areas are very worn and room furniture dated "

"Booked a trip for the family and I for a few days. Upon arriving, you are greeted by a freshly painted and clean building. The staff was extremely polite, super helpful. I can’t think of anything negative about the hotel. We really enjoyed the stay and will book our next summer vacation here. Highly recommend. "
