    Studio Condo Unit #308 is located on the second floor of the Inn Building and offers a comfortable open-concept layout with a combined living and sleeping area, kitchenette, and private full bathroom. Sleeping accommodations include a queen-size bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa, making it a great choice for couples or small families. While this studio does not have a harbor view, it provides a relaxing riverside setting and everything needed for a comfortable stay.

    A $150 security deposit is required for all reservations and is processed by credit card.
