Enjoy this brand new, two bedroom, two bath house, flooded with sunlight and cathedral ceilings,. It's 1350 square-feet with a sleeping/working loft with a queen size sofa bed in it. Cathedral ceilings, skylights, bright, stunning, and quiet. Two miles to South Beach, two miles to downtown Edgartown. A few hundred yards to public bus stop, which will bring you to Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, and Vineyard Haven.

The driveway accommodates two cars. There is a wrap around deck with an outdoor eating area, a grill , and an area outside the bedrooms for lounging.

New appliances, new washer/dryer. Perfect for a couple or small family.
