- Katama Beach House with guest cottage large enough for 2 families. INGROUND HEATED POOL. Terrific Wrap Around Deck and Screened Porch accompany this Contemporay style home. Walking distance to South Beach with Edgartown only a bike ride away. Amenities Central Air, 4 flat screen tvs, Wi-Fi throughout, Blue Ray DVD, Cd/MP 3 player, bikes and more. Has an outside shower and a huge fenced in backyard to accommodate any activity.
The main house is child friendly and includes three first floor bedrooms and one full bath. The second floor living room is open with cathedral ceiling, dining area and half bath. On the second floor you have a beautiful wrap around deck for your summer pleasure and if it happens to rain you have a screened in porch with picnic table.
The guest house has two floors of living space with one full bath and an upper level bedroom loft. There is a Patio on the lower level of the guest house and a large bedroom and laundry room. Total living area for both houses is 2,196sq ft.
The home is beautifully landscapesd with a great back yard for any activity you have in mind.
