"I absolutely adore the W hotel. The aesthetics is on point. Love the pool. I wish they would bring back the $20 Sunday funday that they had back during the pandemic times. The only thing that sucked was a fire alarm went off at like 5/6am . When you’re drunk as a skunk tryna get some shut eye in, it’s nothing like a alarm going off and now you gotta decide do you get up and leave the building or sleep through a potential fire cause you’re that tired. I’m sure that was a one off event but man it sucked . Other than that, I would recommend anyone comes here!"

"Large rooms, great location, great view from the terrace, comfortable bed. The only issue we had was that the WiFi simply did not work in the room. If you need to work and depend on WiFi, you may not be able to. I had to go to the hallway and to the terrace to work since these were the only places the WiFi worked. I stayed there for 8 days and the for the first 5 I kept complaining about the non functional WiFi in the room but it never worked. I ended up giving up. The staff was very nice and tried to help but was not able to. The hotel management must ensure WiFi works in every room. Looks like it did in other rooms."
