**Welcome**
The 115 m² "Panoramablick" holiday apartment is located in Haus Lago Edera, in a superb location right on Lake Eder. A breathtaking view of the town and the surrounding countryside awaits you. From the balconies, the terrace, and the garden, you can enjoy sweeping views of the valley and the lake. The apartment accommodates up to six guests and is located just about 100 m from the boat dock. The building was renovated in 2026. Modern furnishings blend with carefully selected touches from the past to create a stylish, relaxed living atmosphere.

**Living & Relaxing**
The spacious living area is the heart of the apartment. Large panoramic windows let in plenty of light and offer unobstructed views of the town and the countryside. Here you can spend time together, enjoy meals at the large dining table, or wind down the day in peace. A large smart TV ensures relaxing evenings.

The open kitchen is directly integrated into the living area and equipped with modern appliances. This way, everything stays close by while you’re cooking. While you prepare the meal, others can sit at the dining table or enjoy the view. The living area also features a comfortable sleeper sofa that can accommodate two guests for the night.

From the living area, you can access two balconies. Both are equipped with electric awnings and offer sheltered outdoor spaces. A staircase leads to the large terrace. The garden, with its beautiful view of the valley, also invites you to spend time outdoors. A grill is available for evenings spent together.

**Sleeping Arrangements**
The apartment features two spacious bedrooms with double beds measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m. Each bed consists of two single mattresses. There is a TV in both bedrooms. Bedroom 2 is also equipped with a desk and is ideal for quiet work sessions.

Bedroom 1 has an adjoining bathroom with a shower and toilet. A second bathroom is also available. Both showers are walk-in and offer a high level of comfort.

**Wellness**
The house features a new infrared sauna for four to five people, which is available to all three apartments. While you’re using it, you can lock the area so you have the sauna all to yourself and your apartment. Use of the sauna is free of charge. After a day at the lake, cycling, or hiking, you’ll find peace and relaxation here.

**Bedding and towels included**
This KomfortPlus accommodation offers you a special all-inclusive service: Upon arrival, the beds are freshly made and towels are provided—for a relaxing start to your holiday.

To get you started, a starter kit is waiting for you. It includes toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tablets, a sponge, dish soap, and two tea towels.

**Services & Extras**
A free parking space is located right next to the house. You can conveniently park additional vehicles nearby. There’s a bike rack right next to the house. You can also store bikes safely in the garage, where you’ll find charging stations for e-bikes.

There’s a safe for valuables in the apartment. A washing machine and dryer are available in the building for shared use by the three holiday apartments at no charge.

The Lago Edera house consists of three holiday apartments: one with a panoramic view, one with a valley view, and one with a lake view. Families or couples who are friends can book one apartment or combine several apartments in the house. Each group has its own apartment, yet you’ll all be staying in the same house. Youth groups are not permitted.

The location of this holiday rental is a real highlight. You’ll be staying right on Lake Eder and enjoy an unobstructed view of the lake and the surrounding landscape. Hiking and biking trails start right outside the door. This means you can begin your excursions directly from the accommodation without any detours.

The wildlife park, the dam, the panoramic hiking trail, and the climbing park are also within easy reach. Restaurants, a convenience store, the summer toboggan run, and boat tours on Lake Eder are all located nearby.
