Summary:

This 7-bedroom, 6-bathroom Trappers Ridge home sleeps 16 — one of the largest in our portfolio — with a private hot tub, cozy fireplace, gourmet kitchen, and Sonos sound throughout. Add the clubhouse, seasonal pool, gym, and tennis and basketball courts, and family reunions basically plan themselves.



The Space:

4,800 square feet designed for big groups. The kitchen is a genuine cook's kitchen with modern appliances and plenty of counter space for feeding sixteen. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a full en-suite bath. Walking and hiking trails with panoramic Ogden Valley views leave right from the front door (watch for wild turkeys in summer). High-speed Wi-Fi and Sonos throughout keep everyone connected and the playlist going.



Guest Access:

Full access to the entire home plus all Trappers Ridge community amenities: private hot tub, seasonal outdoor pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis court, and basketball court. Wolf Creek Golf Course, Pineview Reservoir, and miles of hiking and mountain biking trails are all close.



The Neighborhood:

Trappers Ridge at Wolf Creek Resort in Eden — peaceful, established, and built around year-round mountain living. Powder Mountain is about 10 minutes (ski shuttle at the community entrance in winter), Nordic Valley about 10, Wolf Creek Golf Course about 2, Pineview Reservoir and Huntsville about 10. Snowbasin is about 20 minutes out; downtown Ogden about 25.



Getting Around:

A car is the way to go in Ogden Valley. The winter ski shuttle to Powder Mountain stops at the community entrance. Garage parking included. Salt Lake City International Airport is about an hour away.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM. No parties or events; no smoking anywhere on the property; quiet hours may apply. Also offered for seasonal and long-term rental — ask us for details. Pet policy available on request.
