Nothing says “dreamy mountain vacation” more than spectacular views of snow-capped peaks, a cool blue lake and near direct proximity to world-class skiing, mountain biking, Blue Ribbon fishing and hours upon hours of trail exploration. This luxurious five bedroom home checks all the boxes, and more. Located just 10 minutes from Powder Mountain Ski Resort and 15 minutes from Pineview Reservoir, you can ski, hike, mountain bike, boat, and swim. It's located high in the hills of the Trapper's Ridge Community, with panoramic views over the valley and surrounding mountain range.

On the main level you'll discover an open and airy floor plan with alder cabinetry, granite countertops in the fully stocked kitchen filled with spices, dishes, coffee, utensils, and other extras. The open concept living room has a gas fireplace, comfortable leather furnishings. The outdoor deck is the ideal spot to sip a beverage and take it all in.

The main level also includes a king size master bedroom with ensuite bath, separate tub and shower and double vanity. The second is a Queen size bedroom and the third offers a twin size Trundle bed and office space. Rounding out this main level is a full bath and laundry area with access to the two-car garage.

The lion's share of the lower level boasts a massive family room and tv area with gaming tables and walk-out patio with in-ground hot tub on the covered patio, and did we mention the views? On this level is a second King bedroom and full bath in the hallway. Also on this level there is a Full/Twin bunk bed a full bath and large theater room featuring cozy recliners and exercise gear.
