We try following reviews when choosing places to stay and was disappointed by a place (different hotel- different company) we stayed a week ago, but so glad we chose the Hyatt this time! It was clean (top priority), comfortable, spacious and modern. The price was spot-on for the accommodations and location. We will be staying here again and recommending to our friends and family. "
"The receptionist that was there on Thursday night 08/15 was really rude when we asked her if it was ok if we got in the pool. I understand they’re pool hours are from 10-10 but we were at a business training for 1 day only from 8-7:30pm didn’t get to the hotel till about 9:20 and by the time we went down to the pool she said “you have about less than 20 min to get in that pool because I close it down at 10” which I understand I just felt like couldn’t yall give us at least 20-30 more min to enjoy our stay to relax? That’s all I have a complaint on we didn’t get to enjoy The amenities "

"We needed a room close to Medical City Frisco. This very new and clean hotel is an easy 5-10 minute drive. And there are multiple restaurants within easy driving distance. I would stay there again. "
"I can’t believe that was my first time hearing about and staying at this place. The location makes everything so convincingly convenient, diners and shopping centers only a few minutes away. Room was so clean and organized. Not too much noise from where our room was. We loved every second of our stay! We’ll probably book again when there’s another occasion. "
