"Aircon unit did not work at all, dirty cutlery in drawers, small fridge with freezer iced over, TV does not have all free to air channels, shower slightly dirty. Low flow showerhead. Reception unmanned unless you phone a mobile first. Parking spaces very tight. Friendly proprietor, good towels. Microwave and kettle supplied as well as bowls and cutlery. "

"No one at reception to check us in, rung the number on door and phone kept cutting out and then got cut off. Didnt get a friendly feeling. Room was huge but not really luxury as advertised, very outdated, sink in bathroom needs replacing. Both me and my husband woke up with sore throats and sneezing due to dust in rafters and on ledges in room. Shower okay if you are a short person."

"This was such a great little room for such a cheap motel. I think it's been recently renovated because it looked immaculate. Even though you could park right outside your room, the room inside felt like it was in a highrise hotel. And although small, it had great amenities, including a small fridge, cutlery, kettle, a table, tv etc. The bathroom was modern and shower was wonderful. It was also easy to access since I was texted my room number and access code before my arrival, so I didn't need to speak to anyone to check in, I literally just drove up and went inside. I was pleasantly surprised by this accommodation."

"This is a lovely little place that has been well thought out internally. If your a light sleeper bring an eye mask to block out the morning sun coming around the blinds.Easy check in process and well stocked kitchen/ bathroom and laundry with all the things you could need. the place was very clean and the host was very easy to deal with and quick to reply to any questions. "

"Elbert’s property was a perfect choice for a quiet getaway with our two dogs! The dogs loved the space to run around and we had a great time hanging out by the dam, in the canoe, playing tennis and stargazing at night. Elbert also gave some great recommendations for things to do in the area and we even went on a bush walk following one of the trails he’d mapped out. Thanks again for a wonderful weekend! "
