"My wife and I are touring the USA on a motorcycle the experience we had with the owner of this motel was the worst we have ever had. Cannot rate the hotel as we were ordered to leave!
The reason given I dared to wash the windscreen on my motorcycle, the owner came running towards me screaming abuse How dare I wash my motorcycle on his property. I tried to defuse the situation but he just kept scresming and threatening at me to leave I said to him if he had a problem with us he should call the police he did not want to do this as his behaviour was on his sacuraty camera we packed up and left We did not read all the reviews before hand
Please if you are thinking about booking this dump read them carefuly as he took out money and did not reimburse us"

"We had a wonderful stay! The property was absolutely gorgeous, and honestly, the pictures do not do it justice. The view from the upper deck was amazing and made the trip even better. We stayed for a week-long fishing trip, and the home had everything we needed and more. It was stocked better than any rental we have stayed in, with plenty of tissue, paper towels, garbage bags, and all the everyday essentials that make a stay comfortable.The home was very reasonably priced, well maintained, clean, and clearly cared for. We were extremely happy with our stay and already plan on coming back next year once we set our dates. Highly recommend!"

"We try to stay at Coastal Getaway everytime we visit panacea, it's always so clean and inviting! Definitely feels like a home away from home! The neighbors are delightful and its just a small drive/ walk to the public beach access! Our kids love fishing off the dock, and theres plenty of room, movies and even books for the whole family! Definitely will try to be back again soon!"
