"The location is perfect for visiting Haystack in Cannon Beach, walk the beach or use the offered beach chairs to enjoy the sun rise or sunsets. Our bedroom was very comfortable and clean, and as we visited in April, enjoyed using the timed fireplace in our bedroom to fall asleep in a cozy way. Amenities are great and we were offered delicious warm chocolate chip cookies! We loved our stay."

"The Cannon Beach Hotel was built in. 1914, and retains its historic charm. The staff is extremely gracious and helpful, Maya made our stay feel more like we were having a home visit. We stayed in the Premium Queen room and it was lovely. Just an FYI, the room does not have a refrigerator or microwave so make appropriate plans. The walk to the beach and Haystack Rock is about 10 minutes. Make sure to watch a sunset. The Alchemy Lounge is inside the same building and offers an expansive list of liquors. They have good food options to enjoy with drinks."

"We rented it at a great price and your surprise it had a full kitchen!!!! Really loved that! Loved the fireplace and the bed was very comfortable loved the fact that the living room and sleeping area was separate ( it had a bedroom )"

"Worst experience in my 60 years going to the coast, no internet no TV and the old house has settled so bad you got to checked your balance walking. We tried communicating with management and they would reply after 8-12 hours saying we are working on it. The management waved at us when we pulled in and he knew the network had issues. It needs a major update thru out the entire property. Oh and your cell service has one bar at most. We had to drive into town to send messages and call people. It was the worst communication I’ve ever experienced in my life."

"There is no central air at this location. I'm not saying this as a complaint necessarily because some people might be okay with that. The Oregon Coast is a humid area and there was only a relatively small A/C unit in one bedroom, upstairs, in our particular unit. Even at full blast, one room was cool and some what cold, while the other bedroom was warm and "wet", on the same floor. The walls are thin, you can really hear the people next door, and in our case, below us, walking around and talking. There is very limited parking, maybe enough for one car per unit, with two spots having to park very close to the corner. We really liked the location and felt it was reasonably priced, but when we return, we will seriously consider other properties."

"Sandcastle was clean and cosy with great views of the beach and sea. The location was great with beach access and an easy walk into the town where there were multiple restaurants. Ecola state park is also close by with picturesque hikes and views. Highly recommend and would come back again"
