Besides the ideal location in Surco, the two rooms we booked this time were spotless and comfortable for our one-week stay. From the General Manager to the front desk staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff, and the concierge, each employee made us feel welcome, valued, and consistently greeted us with a smile. Anytime we had a request, the staff would go the extra mile to fulfill it. We will most definitely be staying here again. "We ask to change rooms due the proximity and noise from the road even we where on the top floor. We were offered a different room at the the rear on a mid floor and the room was clean, modern if a little small but had everything you need. Bed was comfortable Staff were friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was excellent was plenty of choice. The restaurant food was delicious also has enough options at reasonable prices for Peru. Great value for money. Would happily stay again "
