Great location and very clean cabins! We really enjoyed our stay!

The cabin was clean and very comfortable. The office was so helpful and they gave us many good recommendations on restaurants and boat rental.

Eckerty Cabin

Grounds are very well cared for, it seems as though the owners take pride in the property. Could use a Pac Man game in the arcade! Definitely thinking about another stay.

Pleasant family stay

My kids enjoyed the pool very much. Clean, well cared for, beautiful forested surroundings. It was a peaceful getaway, close to activities our kids enjoyed. I somehow didn’t read to bring my own towels but a stop to the nearby general store fixed that without a problem.

Disappointed were not many tv channels.

There was no fireplace as advertised. The was no coin operated laundry as listed. Was unhappy there was no wifi at our cabin, was only available at office and clubhouse which we had to walk up long hills to get to where wifi was available. We had to go off the property to buy toilet paper because we didn't like the 1 ply toilet paper the was stocked at the cabin.

Clean, comfy, staff responded quickly..

Cabin was clean and affordable... however, I don't feel the VRBO ad was a good representation of the property... 1. The pictures showed that the unit had a game room and patio by the pool as part of the unit ... while we did have access to these things they are not part of the unit and are a drive away... 2. While one of the reviews talked about it ... the ad didn't mention that this was a duplex unit... it wasn't a problem but wasnt represented well... 3. This unit does not have wifi AT ALL... the ad states that wifi is available, and then on the next line it says in "some units"... well it's not in this one. 4. The price listed is for 2 people in a 10 person unit... its $10 per person per night for any over 2... All that said ... the owner was gracious and gave us the winter rate for 3 night bc we only wanted 2 nights and they had a 3 night minimum ... and I should have asked more questions I guess ... however I believe in being honest... and while the cabin was super clean and staff super friendly and we had a great stay... I feel the ad could have represented better.

Property was very well taken care of inside and out. Short trip to patoka lake if your going for boating or swimming. Downside was we didn’t realize this cabin was a duplex so you do have to be quiet because your neighbor is literally on the other wall.
